What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name and email address and, if you provide them, your organisation, phone number, subject and message, together with the language of the page. The form accepts no files.
When you visit the website, our web server records technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser information and the referring page. We use it only to operate and protect the website.
The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other websites.
Why we use it
We use your data to answer your enquiry, to take the steps you request before a possible engagement, and to keep the website running and secure. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
How messages reach us
Messages sent through the form are delivered to us by ordinary email. The form service keeps no copy of your message. To limit abuse, it keeps short-lived keyed identifiers derived from network addresses, never the addresses themselves, for at most 24 hours.
Providers and transfers
The website runs on a server operated by Contabo GmbH, Germany, in a data centre in the European Union. Email passes through our mail provider. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver and secure the service. Where data is processed outside Switzerland, it stays in countries with adequate data protection, or we use appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only as long as needed to answer and follow up on your enquiry and to meet legal requirements. Server logs are deleted after a short period, normally within seven days.
Your rights
Subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to its processing. Write to concierge@demain.global.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the European Union or the European Economic Area.
